Manufacturing Facility
ThermOmegaTech® manufactures self-actuating temperature control products and high-reliability electronic assemblies from its 65,000 square foot facility in Warminster, Pennsylvania, in the Philadelphia suburbs. Our manufacturing operations combine advanced automation, precision machining, in-house testing, and rigorous quality systems to support prototype development through full production.
Facility Energy & Sustainability
ThermOmegaTech® operates rooftop solar panels to reduce the amount of electricity drawn from the grid.
Since installation, the solar system has:
- Generated 2.51 GWh of electricity
- Reduced CO₂ emissions by an estimated 3.9 million pounds
- Reduced the facility’s electric bill by approximately 40%
Valve & Thermal Actuator Manufacturing
ThermOmegaTech® designs and manufactures thermostatic valves and thermal actuators for aerospace and defense, industrial, railroad, and commercial plumbing applications.
Our in-house engineering team uses SolidWorks® 3D CAD, flow simulation, and application testing to develop and configure self-actuating thermal control solutions for specific temperature, flow, pressure, material, and operating requirements. In-house thermal actuator design and manufacturing allow activation temperatures and operating characteristics to be configured for application-specific requirements.
By maintaining engineering and manufacturing within the same facility, designs can move directly from development and prototyping into machining, assembly, testing, and production with direct communication between teams.

Electronics Manufacturing
ThermOmegaTech® provides build-to-print PCB assembly services for OEMs requiring SMT, through-hole, and mixed-technology manufacturing. Our electronics operation supports rigid, flex, rigid-flex, and multilayer circuit boards from prototype through production.
Automated pick-and-place equipment provides mounting speeds up to 45,300 components per hour (CPH) and processes components down to 01005 and fine-pitch devices down to 0.3 mm, including BGA, QFN, and QFP packages. PCB assemblies are manufactured using automated and manual processes with inspection, testing support, documentation, and traceability incorporated according to customer and program requirements.
Manufacturing is performed in an ESD-controlled, humidity-controlled production environment to protect sensitive components throughout assembly and handling.
