Large-Format LED PCB Assembly
Many commercial lighting products require long, narrow circuit boards that exceed the size limitations of standard PCB assembly equipment. ThermOmegaTech® assembles LED boards up to 400 mm (15.74 in.) wide by 1200 mm (47.24 in.) long, allowing OEMs to manufacture linear lighting fixtures, architectural lighting systems, and other oversized products without redesigning products to accommodate equipment size limitations.
Our assembly processes accommodate custom board shapes and dimensions for integration into a wide range of lighting fixture designs.
