AS9100D Certified
AS9100D is the internationally recognized quality management standard for aerospace and defense manufacturers. Built on ISO 9001:2015, it adds requirements for risk management, product traceability, configuration management, and continual improvement.

IPC J-STD-001 Certified
J-STD-001 is the industry standard for soldered electrical and electronic assemblies, defining requirements for materials, soldering methods, and inspection criteria. ThermOmegaTech® Electronics Division maintains J-STD-001 certification, ensuring that all soldered assemblies meet strict quality and reliability standards. Our processes follow these guidelines to produce high-quality PCB assemblies.
IPC-A-610 Certified
IPC-A-610 is the industry standard for the acceptability of electronic assemblies, providing clear criteria for workmanship, solder quality, and component installation. ThermOmegaTech® Electronics Division is IPC-A-610 certified, ensuring assemblies are built and inspected in accordance with IPC workmanship criteria. We have a Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) on staff who provides ongoing training to our employees, ensuring consistent application of workmanship standards and delivering reliable, high-quality assemblies.
ANSI/ESD-S.20.20 Compliant
ANSI/ESD S20.20 is the standard for developing and maintaining an Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control program to protect sensitive electronic components and assemblies. It defines requirements for materials, grounding, handling procedures, and environmental controls. ThermOmegaTech® Electronics Division is fully compliant with ANSI/ESD S20.20, ensuring that all electronic assemblies, PCBs, and components are handled and manufactured in a static-safe environment. Our ESD control processes include grounded workstations, ESD-safe tools, and ESD flooring to minimize electrostatic discharge and protect sensitive electronics
Security & Export Compliance
CMMC Level 2 Certified
ThermOmegaTech® has achieved CMMC Level 2 certification through independent assessment, demonstrating compliance with Department of Defense cybersecurity requirements for protecting Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
