ThermOmegaTech® provides aerospace electronic manufacturing services (EMS) focused on build-to-print PCB assembly for commercial aviation, military, and defense applications. Manufactured in our AS9100D- and CMMC Level 2-certified facility, our assemblies support mission-critical electronic systems from prototype through full-scale production.
Also known as circuit card assemblies (CCAs), aerospace PCB assemblies must operate reliably under demanding conditions, including vibration, mechanical shock, thermal cycling, and extended service life. ThermOmegaTech® uses controlled manufacturing processes, automated inspection, and full production traceability to meet program quality and performance requirements.
We support SRA/SRU production requirements and coordinate with qualified partners for higher-level integration into WRAs/LRUs when required.
