ThermOmegaTech® manufactures self-actuating temperature control valves, thermal actuators, and build-to-print PCB assemblies. We work directly with customers to configure solutions around specific system requirements and customer needs.
Founded in 1982, the company has developed deep expertise in phase-change thermal actuation. This technology delivers predictable and repeatable performance across demanding applications in rail, commercial plumbing, industrial, and aerospace and defense systems.
In 2018, ThermOmegaTech® expanded into electronics contract manufacturing, providing full turnkey and consignment PCB assembly built to customer specifications. These services support prototype through production programs across aerospace, defense, medical, LED lighting, and industrial applications.

Self-Actuating Temperature Control
Self-actuating temperature control valves regulate fluid temperature automatically using phase-change thermal actuation. ThermOmegaTech® thermal actuators use proprietary Thermoloid® material to convert temperature change directly into mechanical motion. As temperature changes, the wax element expands or contracts, driving valve movement to control flow, mix, or divert fluids.
This direct mechanical response ensures stable operating conditions and eliminates reliance on electrical systems.
